Our standard Quality Control practices:
100% of our products are checked for quality regarding:
circumference: 100% of balls must remain within the allowed range of 680 – 700 mm. Any ball that does not fall within the limit will be rejected.
weight: 100% of balls must remain within the allowed range of 410 – 450 grams. Any ball that does not fall within the limit will be rejected.
sphericity: the maximum allowance on roundness deviation for all balls is 3.5 mm, or 1.8%.
deflation: the finished products are kept in an inflated stated for 72 hours to make sure that they do not have functional problems
stitching and its overall cosmetic: all balls are checked to make sure on overall, they look good. That means no obvious showing of stitch line, no wear and tear at the seams, or no uneven prints on the ball’s designs.

A: Our company is located in Hanoi, Vietnam. The nearest sea ports is Hai Phong port, which is about 4 hours. 

It takes approximately 40 minutes from the nearest airport (Noi Bai) to our head quarter. If you would like to have a visit, you are much welcome.

A:Our MOQ is usually 500pcs per design

A: There are a few routes you can take into consideration when ordering from us 

NOI BAI AIRPORT for all air shipments
HAI PHONG PORT for all sea shipments
HUU NGHI QUAN, MOC BAI, and SA MAT for all road shipments

A: The time of delivery is about 20~30 days after we receive the deposit.

A: We accept 30% T/T in advance, 70% in the period of shipment. Or L/C at sight.

A: Usually we will take 1~3 days to make the samples with just your logo on. For more complicated designs/ styles it takes about 5-7 business days. 

For existing sample products, you can get them from us for free.
